Make sure you are in the right mindset
- Studying amidst a pandemic can be quite hard, and taking care of your mental health is the top priority.
- Do this breathing exercise – breathe in for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds might help you relax and prepare for studying.
Organize your study space
- Being in a conducive environment will help you be productive
- Try and get rid of all distractions, and make sure you feel as comfortable and as able to focus as possible
- Put on some music to help you focus.
Use technology to your advantage
- There are a lot of free reviewers and mock tests online

- Information is right at your fingertips
Have a schedule
- Create a schedule to review a subject for the day
- Make it a routine to start reviewing at a certain time to retain information easier
Have a study group
- Use Zoom if you have to, reviewing is better if you have friends to help you with.
- Share your reviewers with them and ask for help whenever you have a hard time in a subject
Take 5-minute breaks in between
- After reviewing for a subject for at least 30 minutes, allot 5 minutes for you to unwind and refresh
- It will help you retain more information if you rest for 5 minutes in between.
Talk to your seniors
- Ask for reviewers, review tips from your seniors
- Their insight on the previous CETs might help you prepare for your incoming entrance test
