The Ateneo Grade School Cafeteria will serve as a Quezon City Government vaccination site starting May 4, 2021. 

Quezon City residents classified under A1-A3 (medical front liners, senior citizens, and persons aged 18-59 with more comorbidities) may start getting vaccinated on the said site from May 4 to May 7.

Walk-ins are not allowed and the residents must register through the eZConsult app. As an alternative, you may also ask your barangay to guide you through an assisted booking appointment. 

Upon registration, choose “Ateneo de Manila University- Grade School Cafeteria Vaccination site (Gate 2)” as your vaccination site.

Please be at the vaccination site 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
