What You Need To Know: Vaccine Prioritization in Quezon City

The Quezon City Local Government continues to administer vaccines and open up new vaccination sites for priority groups A1-A3, namely frontliners, senior citizens, and people living with comorbidities.

As of 8AM on May 21, the QC local government has administered a total of 280,004 vaccines, with 68,178 citizens inoculated with both doses.

The Ateneo de Manila University Grade School Cafeteria vaccination site also reopened online booking last May 16 for vaccinations on May 22 and May 24-28, 8am-4pm.

To register for vaccination, you may do an online booking or have an assisted appointment through your barangay. 

Online booking is done through the eZConsult app, please make sure you are 18 years old or above before you register. 

Before you are able to book an appointment, you will need to have your COVID-19 Electronic Immunization Registration (CEIR) form approved.

Remember to bring the following on your vaccination day:

  • Valid ID (Proof of residency or employment in Quezon City)
  • Confirmed Schedule (Email Confirmation of Schedule or Screenshot of Confirmed Schedule from your eZConsult Account)
  • Print or screenshot of your QR Code with Patient ID No. (This is included in the email schedule confirmation and also can be found on your eZConsult Account.
  • Proof that you belong to the priority group being vaccinated.

Walk-ins will not be allowed and citizens with confirmed slots should arrive at the site 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
