Ateneo de Manila University formally launches University Vaccination Program

University President Fr. Robert Yap SJ released a memo formally launching the University Vaccination Program (UVP) along with the important details of said program on May 27, 2021.

According to the memo, the vaccination program will follow the prioritization by group as issued by the Department of Health (DOH) and Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).

Independent contractors (researchers, guest lecturers, etc.)

Employees of Affiliate Units
University studentsEligible dependents of Group 1

– Parents
– Siblings (for single employees)

The university will work hand in hand with local government units to administer the 8,000 doses of Moderna vaccines and 10,000 doses of Novavax vaccines that the university has ordered.  

Loyola Schools Covered Courts will serve as the vaccination site for the program and will be set up with the help of AC Health Group which will provide their services for the vaccine administration process. 

Those who wish to secure their spot for vaccination may enlist at http://bit.ly/UVPEnlistmentForm and finish the succeeding steps through HealthNow, a mobile platform by AC Health.

AC Health will contact individuals who registered once the vaccines have arrived. 

Please be aware that members of the community who register for the vaccine program will not have an option to choose the vaccine brand and are advised to take the available vaccine at the time of inoculation.
