The Ateneo Blue Eagles kicked off their University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 88 Boys’ Football Tournament campaign with a 1–0 victory, courtesy of a clutch goal at the expense of last year’s executioners, the PAREF Southridge Admirals, on Saturday, January 17, at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman Football Stadium.

The Ateneo Boys’ Football Team asserted their skill and determination to bag the championship at the Malaysia Borneo Football Cup held from October 27 to 29. The Blue Eagles navigated a challenging three-day competition at the Penampang Stadium.
The Wellness Break may have been synonymous with rest and recovery for most of the ASHS community, but the Ateneo Junior Football Team had other plans as they started their campaign for the championships in the Sta. Lucia Cup.
